Before Photo Day
Mark your calendars, because excitement is in the air! Your little explorers are about to embark on a photographic adventure, capturing their infectious smiles and playful curiosity.
Wondering how to capture your little one's sunshine smile at picture day? Don't sweat it, we've got you covered!
To help you get ready, you'll receive an email with a link to a mock gallery. This isn't your child's actual gallery, but it gives you a feel for the amazing photo packages, prints, and digital downloads available.

Click through from the mock gallery to our online store and imagine your child's adorable face lighting up these beautiful products! Easily select and purchase your chosen products ahead of photo day.

To participate in the photo sessions, purchasing from our store or using the paper order forms at the reception desk is essential.

Gallery Delivery
Get ready to pick your favourites! You receive your personal gallery within 1-2 weeks of the shoot, so you can select and finalise your chosen memories.

Forgot something?
Don't worry if you decide you've miss anything, or need to upgrade your gallery selection! After receiving your gallery, you can add more items with ease. Just be sure to only purchase any additional items you'd like that weren't already purchased ahead of photo day.

Sign me up! How do I get my child's photo taken?
Fill out the registration forms from your centre's reception desk, complete and email to lisa@lisaschmidtphotography.com.
Or visit the link to our store and purchase ahead of photo day.
It's essential to register beforehand - no registration, no photos. Think of it as granting us permission to capture your child's magic! Full payment is required ahead of photo day.
BFFs and Sibling love! Can they join the fun?
SIBLINGS: Absolutely! We love capturing those heartwarming interactions. If siblings attend the same centre, we'll photograph them on the youngest one's scheduled day.
BESTIES: Yes absolutely, but with special permission! Get written consent from both parents (email works!) and let us know beforehand.
For sibling and friend orders please use the correct form, or add the items labelled 'Siblings/Friends' to the cart when ordering from our store.
However, keep in mind digital photo orders are per child, and combining photos isn't allowed.
Dress for success (and fun!) What should my child wear?
Fancy clothes aren't everything! Seeing their genuine smile is what really shines. Choose comfortable, clean clothes they love.
Specific requests? Let us know in advance or chat with their teacher. Remember, retakes come with a $25 fee, so communication is key!
Help - my gallery got lost in the email maze?
No worries! Shoot us an email with your child's info and we'll send a new gallery link your way.
Payment options? Choose your adventure!
Credit card or direct deposit - your call! Just remember, payment needs to happen before the cut off ahead of photo day to avoid missing out. Cash is not accepted, as everything's online.
Digital woes? Check those folders!
First, check your spam folder and make sure you're using the email you ordered with.
Still lost? We'll send a new link!
Forgotten downloads?
Back up is key! We recommend downloading right after purchase, but hey, we get it!
The link stays active within the same year. However, photos get removed at year-end, so there's an admin fee to resend them.

We have amazing packages for every budget! Single digital files start at $30 each, with discounts for bundles. Print items begin at $25, and we even have mugs, keyrings and calendars with prints and digital files. See your center's registration forms and email for the full scoop!
Oops, photo day blues! What if my child is absent?
Life happens! If your little one is under the weather, try contacting us to reschedule while we're at the centre. If we've left, a one-time fee applies (with credit towards your purchase), but hey, memories are worth it!
Shy butterflies? Don't worry!
Our relaxed approach often helps them warm up. Even if they don't smile, a cute expression or capturing them doing something they love is heartwarming. For toddlers, we'll try catching them awake, otherwise, we'll try again!

Phones and iPads can be tricky, so try using a computer for smoother ordering. If you're still having difficulty, email or call us to step you through finalising your purchase.

Don't miss the deadline!
You have 7 days after galleries open to finalise your gallery selection and add to your order. Orders finalised by the due date are delivered to the center for free. Late orders come with a $15 fee and are mailed out within 28 days.
Printed photo wait times?
Be patient, good things come to those who wait!
Orders by the due date arrive at your center 4-6 weeks after the closing date.
Out-of-state relatives? No problem!
Postage fees apply, but they can also order digital files to avoid them.
